As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Outbound and Executive Sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong client relationships.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Provide administrative support to Outbound and Executive Sales, managing communication and scheduling
  • Assist sales and marketing in outreach and implementing strategies
  • Prepare and edit sales documents, proposals, and presentations; serve as client contact when needed
  • Organize sales events, meetings, and travel
  • Update lead management system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Build strong client relationships with excellent customer service
  • Collect and analyze sales data, preparing regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • English С1+ is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in a supportive role, preferably within sales or client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn) is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
