A leading Value-Added Distributor and provider of IT and IoT products, solutions, and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is seeking an experienced Product Line Sales Manager for its Mobile Accessories distribution.
Founded in 1990 in Belarus and headquartered in Cyprus since 1995, the company operates two master distribution centers in the Czech Republic and the UAE, with subsidiaries in 27 countries. It employs nearly 2,000 professionals and serves around 20,000 active customers in 56 countries. In 2021, the company reported sales of approximately USD 3.1 billion.

Your future tasks:
- Define sales strategy, pricing, and brand promotion
- Implement sales plans and achieve KPIs
- Develop distribution, assortment, and pricing strategies
- Forecast and plan sales
- Build relationships with retail customers
- Conduct client negotiations
- Organize and manage shipments
- Create and execute promotional offers
- Oversee weekly supply replenishment to partners and local stock
- Propose Matrix based on Retailer POS shelf analysis
- Conduct partner pitches on placement and sell-out per Sales Handbook
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in mobile accessories (mice, keyboards, headphones)
- B2C retail experience, including work with retail chains and product listing processes
- Proven ability to sell, not just manage a product line
- Experience with databases and knowledge of retail networks
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with buyers
- Greek native
- English B1+
