About the company and the project:

A leading Value-Added Distributor and provider of IT and IoT products, solutions, and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is seeking an experienced Product Line Sales Manager for its Robotics division.

Founded in 1990 in Belarus and headquartered in Cyprus since 1995, the company operates two master distribution centers in the Czech Republic and the UAE, with subsidiaries in 27 countries. It employs nearly 2,000 professionals and serves around 20,000 active customers in 56 countries. In 2021, the company reported sales of approximately USD 3.1 billion.

Robotics is an important branch of the company's business, focused on the distribution of Collaborative Robots (aka. Cobots).
Your role will be instrumental in helping to grow brand awareness and cobots delivery capability within various industries and to maintain the company's position as the market top disruptor in the Robotics market.

The candidates from Hungary are offered a hybrid form of collaboration from Budapest, hybrid work form of collaboration for the candidates based in Poland with rare visits to Raszyn.

The position is only available to the candidates based in Hungary and Poland.

Your future tasks:

  • Formation and expansion of the partnership base, establishing strong personal contacts with partners and representatives of vendors
  • Promotion of robotics solutions (cobots), negotiations
  • Supervising and leading the local team to success
  • Analytical work, preparation of regular types of reporting
  • Participation in the organization and conduct of marketing and training events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in B2C and B2B sales in the field of Robotic Solutions, automatization or similar
  • Experience in negotiating and presenting solutions
  • Ability and willingness to communicate with top officials of partner companies, as well as customers/vendor representatives
  • Fluent Hungarian/Polish language
