About the company and the project:
A Limassol-based company is seeking a Corporate Senior Consultant. The company offers a full range of corporate services for Cypriot and international businesses, including company formation, accounting, banking, audits, tax refunds, and relocation support. The team consists of 8 members, all working from the Limassol office.

Your tasks on the position:
- Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC policies, and handle daily corporate requests efficiently
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for account openings, reviews, and clarifications
- Work closely with management to meet Registrar, tax, and filing obligations, maintaining companies in good standing
- Participate in transaction closings and assist with corporate structure changes for clients
- Maintain active client communication to manage expectations, satisfaction, and meet deadlines, while reporting on client requests, risks, and compliance issues
- Propose improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the Corporate Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Law
- 1+ years of experience in Corporate Services, either directly or within accounting or law firm corporate teams
- Written communication skills in Greek and English languages
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
