Your tasks on the position:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy for the company
- Overseeing the implementation of security measures to protect the Company's data, systems and network infrastructure.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and security audits
- Serving as the primary point of contact for security incidents and breaches, leading the response and recovery efforts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of information security experience
- Experience in the field of fintech, banking
- Experience in interacting with the regulator represented by the Central Bank
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices and technologies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security, such as PCI DSS, DORA and GDPR
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
- English B2+
