As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and use LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring prompt follow-up to maximize conversions
  • Implement sales strategies to exceed targets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to improve strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends to stay competitive
  • Continuously refine sales tactics to adapt to market changes

Requirements:

  • English С1+ is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
  • 2+ years in outbound sales or a related role, working with B2B clients
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital tools for lead generation
  • Preferred experience in sales roles within Software/SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
