If you are based in one of the cities where the company has an office (Dubai, Hong Kong, Kyiv, Tallinn, London, Limassol, Yerevan, Tbilisi, or Mauritius), a hybrid work format is preferred, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work in the future.


Your future tasks:

  • Drive B2B sales in crypto exchanges, brokers, OTC, DeFi, and institutional fintech
  • Present WaaS as a secure, scalable solution for wallet orchestration, settlements, storage, treasury, and compliance
  • Uncover client needs and tailor demos and proposals
  • Manage full sales cycles with C-level and product/tech decision-makers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in crypto infrastructure sales (custody, wallets, blockchain, settlements)
  • Experience selling fintech/crypto SaaS or APIs to exchanges, brokers, banks, or PSPs
  • Knowledge of custody models, multi-sig, MPC, wallet setup (hot/cold), and integrations
  • Strong network in crypto/fintech (CTOs, CPOs, COOs, etc.) Understanding of global crypto regulations and cross-border flows
  • Clear communicator on value (security, automation, efficiency, compliance)
  • English: C1+
