About the company and the project:

An international leading AI-powered travel platform for businesses is looking for a Marketing Content & Creative Manager to join its team.

The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, their product is a flexible and automated platform for online booking of sea and business trips.

The team aims to make the complex process of booking, changing, and canceling sea voyages and business trips quick and easy. They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.

You are offered a hybrid work format in Rotterdam.
The position is only available for the candidates based on the Netherlands.

Your future tasks:

  • Create and manage content across web, ads, social media, and sales materials
  • Oversee production and quality of visual and written assets
  • Manage external vendors (writers, designers, etc.)
  • Streamline content workflows and maintain a shared calendar
  • Align messaging across teams using insights, trends, and feedback
  • Use AI tools to enhance content creation and repurpose existing assets
  • Track performance and optimize based on data

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years in content, creative, or marketing roles with a strong portfolio (ad copy to product messaging)
  • Excellent writing skills across platforms; experienced in content quality and production
  • Strong project and vendor management; proactive, collaborative, and strategic
  • Skilled in social media, content distribution, and following a content roadmap
  • Comfortable switching between strategy and execution; curious about user behavior and continuous improvement
  • Recent experience in B2B and SaaS/tech industry, ideally in-house
  • Fluent English (C1+ proficiency)

Will be an advantage:

  • A systems-oriented mindset with a passion for building and optimizing processes
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation (writing, video, or design)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and user search behavior
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics, analytics, and attribution models
