An international product tech company is scaling its QA function and seeking a Head of QA to join its core office in Cyprus. You’ll work alongside the current Head of QA, who leads implementation, while your focus will be on automation strategy and QA platform development.
You’ll lead a team of 80–100 QA engineers, evolve automation frameworks, align QA architecture with product goals, and drive scalable, high-quality practices across the organization.

Your tasks on the position:
- Lead QA efforts focused on platform stability, automation, and architecture
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Drive implementation and scaling of test automation frameworks (primarily in Python)
- Define and improve QA processes across platform teams
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Development to align on strategic direction
- Ensure test infrastructure and automation tools meet evolving product demands
- Support CI/CD integration and continuous quality improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years in QA leadership roles, ideally managing large distributed teams
- Experience working with or overseeing automation (preferably in Python)
- Strong understanding of QA platforms, tools, and scalable automation strategies
- Ability to influence QA architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Leadership skills to guide teams in a fast-paced, high-load product environment
- English — fluent (C1+), Russian is a plus
