Your tasks on the position:
- Lead and manage the QA team, driving high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to support rapid growth and scalability
- Establish and refine QA practices to ensure rigorous testing and product quality
- Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Oversee and optimize testing practices to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within QA
- Experience managing teams of 100+ members
- Experience in scaling teams and hiring new members rapidly and efficiently
- Background in a product-focused company environment, preferably in high-demand industries
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Demonstrated success in transforming QA processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- English C1-C2
