About the company and the project:
An international company specializing in the development of modern operating systems for hosting providers is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue and Finance Operations Specialist to join its team!
The organization has been on the market since 2009. The company's products are used by thousands of companies around the world, they have over 4,500 clients including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, Zoom and others.
It is a fully remote company, with flexible hours. The position is only available for the candidates based in the USA and Canada.

Your future tasks:
- Managing global end-to-end revenue processes (Order-to-Collect and Record-to-Report), ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other accounting standards
- Leading monthly close activities for revenue and commissions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis vs. forecasts and budgets
- Partnering with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to review complex contracts, provide technical revenue guidance, and support enterprise customer onboarding
- Maintaining and evolving revenue recognition policies, ensuring accurate treatment of new products and contracts; acting as the main point of contact for external audit support related to revenue
- Supporting revenue forecasting and internal reporting, collaborating closely with the Director of Finance to improve planning accuracy
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives across revenue operations, finance systems, and reporting tools to enhance scalability and efficiency
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in finance
- 2+ years of experience at a public accounting firm (Big Four preferred), with exposure to controllership, reporting, FP&A, or systems transformation
- Active CPA license (U.S. or international equivalent such as CA, ACA, or ACCA), with exam passed
- In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles under U.S. GAAP (ASC 606) or IFRS 15, including technical interpretation of complex contract terms and revenue policies
- Hands-on experience in financial close processes, including reporting, forecasting, managing OTC or RTR cycles, and working with external auditors
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- English C1+
