You are offered the opportunity to relocate to Zagreb, Croatia with the company gladly assisting you in preparing the necessary documentation.
Your tasks on the position:
- Provide first-level technical support to users, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with the 2nd level support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing
- Communicate effectively with users in both English and German, providing clear and concise guidance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
- English C1+
- German B2+
