A team creating an innovative solution for managing partnership programs in the financial services sector is looking for a Software Engineer (Go).This product serves brokerage companies and platforms within the forex and cryptocurrency space, helping them effectively attract and retain clients through well-designed referral systems.

Your tasks on the position:
- Translate business and system requirements into scalable code with Product Managers and Architects
- Develop services for real-time data processing, cloud computing, and data warehousing
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous integration frameworks
- Write and maintain Go code and ensure proper documentation
- Engage in expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug resolution
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Go with a strong grasp of concurrency, synchronization mechanisms, and idiomatic usage
- Proficient in code profiling, debugging, and root cause analysis
- Experience in unit/integration testing, working with SQL databases, and message brokers
- Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD, Protobuf, and GRPC
- Familiarity with Linux, external caching, and basic Docker/Kubernetes skills.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- English C1+/ Russian B2 or native
Will be an advantage:
- Familiarity with additional tools like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
