How Long Should Onboarding Last?

When the goal is to keep everyone committed, most businesses soon understand that it’s worth making most of the onboarding practices part of the working environment (regular checks, getting feedback, boosting interpersonal communication and bonds, etc.)

Onboarding Ethics
