Your tasks on the position:
- Accurate and timely invoicing for messaging services to customers, operators and partners
- Monthly reconciliation, coordination of settlements and management of inter-operator settlements
- Tracking, follow-up and record-keeping for outstanding payments
- Regular reports, trend analysis and assistance in budgeting
- Handling and resolving billing and fraud disputes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in billing, settlement or finance-related roles in the telecom industry
- Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes and settlement procedures
- Experience with telecom billing platforms
- Russian C1+
- English B2+
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
