Your tasks on the position:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met
- Design, develop, and implement Sitecore solutions that align with client requirements
- Utilize Sitecore Helix, SXA, JSS, and headless architecture to create scalable applications
- Implement cloud platform best practices, primarily in Azure, and establish CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliver impactful results
- Mentor junior developers, promoting code quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for an enhanced user experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Sitecore and .NET/C# technologies
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore Helix, SXA, JSS, and headless architecture
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)
- Proven leadership skills in managing development teams and delivering complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices
