Your tasks on the position:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining MS SQL Server databases, schemas, and stored procedures
- Developing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS or other tools
- Leading and mentoring a team of SQL developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and technical guidance sessions
- Ensuring high availability, clustering, and replication strategies for critical databases
- Designing and developing complex reports using SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in in MS SQL Server development
- Experience leading a team of developers or playing a senior role in database projects
- Proficiency in database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, query optimization, and indexing strategies
- Experience in performance tuning, execution plan analysis, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SSIS for ETL processes and SSRS/Power BI for reporting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Basic DBA skills like backup, recovery, monitoring, and availability
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database deployment
