Global telecommunications company, founded in 2012 in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced Junior Billing and Settlement Officer.
The organization with offices in the Baltic States, Balkans, and CIS specializes in virtual numbers, international telecom operators and mobile data services for customers on all continents.
The company offers office work in Cyprus, Limassol or a remote work option.

Your tasks on the position:
- Generate invoices, manage billing cycles, discounts, and tariffs
- Reconcile revenue with operator reports, resolve discrepancies
- Track payments, handle overdue balances, maintain records
- Prepare reports, analyze revenue leaks, assist in budgeting
- Resolve billing and fraud issues, collaborate with clients and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related
- 1+ years in telecom billing/settlements/finance
- Experience in A2P telephony in the finance department
- Billing, reconciliation & dispute resolution expertise
- Advanced Excel + financial software skills
- Telecom billing platform experience
- Russian C1+
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Telecom/messaging (SMS/MMS/A2P) billing systems knowledge
