About the company and the project:
An integrated Group of companies, and one of the key players today in all areas of the Construction industry in Cyprus is looking for a Civil Engineer (Asphalt Works) to join its team!
The Group also operates in Greece and Egypt, it was founded in 1990 and now has more than 800 employees.
The candidate will work on the largest asphalt placement project in Cyprus which was established in 2003 within the framework of the group’s strategy to create new companies, which would take over its individual tasks.
Today, the company has the ability to undertake the production and placement of up to 1500 tons of asphalt daily. It also specializes in periodic maintenance of motorways during nighttime in order not to affect the usual traffic.
You are offered a long-term contract in Nicosia with official employment according to CY law.
The position is only available for the candidates based in Cyprus.

Your future tasks:
- Planning and monitoring project progress based on timelines, quality standards, and budget
- Providing technical support throughout the project's duration
- Ensuring that work is carried out within the required frameworks
- Scheduling and managing the Work Program while maintaining effective communication channels between all involved parties
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, designers, foremen, and labor forces involved in the project
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in the construction sector, preferably in asphalt works
- Registered member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Cyprus)
- Academic background in Civil Engineering with a degree from a recognized academic institution
- Greek C1+
