The main goal of the company is to always have its end products and services reflect its deep engineering skills and elegant progressive design aesthetic. The company collaborates with major IT giants.
This position is open to candidates currently residing in Cyprus. Relocation is not offered.

Your tasks on the position:
- Attend client workshops to gather and clarify requirements, then communicate them to development and QA teams
- Create and present BRDs to stakeholders, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and technical teams
- Participate in sprint planning, track progress, and manage the product backlog
- Handle change requests, join client meetings, and present product insights
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Familiarity with the financial or technology sectors, such as banking, insurance, or other financial services industries
