Your tasks on the position:
- Creation of funds in Fund Admin software in accordance with the fund placement memorandum and agreements
- Performing all registrar and transfer agent duties
- Processing of all investments, expenses and bank movements for preparation of Fund accounting statements
- Preparation of periodic NAV reports for investors
- Preparation of all reports for regulatory authorities
- Supporting the Fund Manager and other external parties with fund administration information
- Preparation and review of financial statements and group audits
- Preparation and review of periodic reporting to local regulators
- Training and gaining knowledge of the company's methodology and software on fund administration
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in Funds
- ACCA/ ACA qualification or other similar qualification
- Experience in accounting for various types of organizations including private equity and hedge funds
- English C1+
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with Fundcount or other fund management software
- Knowledge of Greek
