Your tasks:
- Taking responsibility and managing customer service issues and requests in a timely manner according to our SLA
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions
- Performing initial request evaluation, registration and solution or assignment.
- Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements:
- Interest in mobile technologies and electronics, IoT and technologies in general
- Ability to work in shifts
- Degree in Telecommunications (studies can still be in progress)
- Fluent English
