Technical Customer Support Representative
Tasks:
  • First line support and resolution of issues on first contact
  • Identify customer needs and help resolve customer issues
  • Track traffic, identify and report any problems according to company procedures
  • Escalate technical problems using company SOPs
Requirements for candidates:
  • 2+ years of experience as a customer support specialist or experience in a customer-facing position
  • Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle complex or delicate situations
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize
  • Ability to stay abreast of the latest technology, products, services and SMS industry
  • Fluent English
