Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing cases, projects, and tasks using the in-house CRM system
- Ensuring timely tracking of tasks and deadlines through the CRM system
- Setting daily tasks for team members using the in-house CRM
- Handling secretarial duties such as emails, telephone calls, and schedule organization
- Coordinating with the CRM provider to maintain efficient CRM operations
Requirements:
- A secretarial course or similar qualification, experience
- Computer literate
- Driving license B1
- Work permit
- Greek B2+
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Experience in a similar position: Task Manager, Organizer and etc.
- Beneficiaries of ΑΝΑΔ grand for unemployment graduates
- Russian B2+
