Your tasks:
- Receive and forward user requests to technical support engineers
- Sort requests based on urgency
- Maintain an information base for users
- Collaborate with support engineers and other team members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in digital product support
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience of working with CRM and CMS systems
- English C1+
Will be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree
