Animatic Artist

Toonbox Studio is on the lookout for a talented storyboard/animatic artist to join the team for the 2D adult animated series, "Take My Muffin." You'll play a key role in developing animatics based on scripts and thumbnails from the Head Director. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take feedback, and refine animatics on schedule, with a focus on character acting, posing, staging, timing, composition, and overall project style. If you have a strong portfolio featuring work on adult or adult-teen animation projects, we’d love to hear from you!

"Take My Muffin" is a fun and quirky series about a unicorn named Korney and his team of startup founders. The crew is quite a mix: there's Rok, a three-eyed cat; Draka, a fierce dragoness; Mojo, a talking potato; Yudi, a depressed printer; and Noper, a perpetually grumpy scientist. They all live in the city of San Crypto, creating amazing and sometimes ridiculous startups. Together, they get into all sorts of trouble and, of course, work to make the world a better place.

But it’s not just about the laughs. "Take My Muffin" also serves as a real startup tutorial, showing how to run a business and tackle challenges, including concepts like KYC, IPO, ICO, and AML. And that’s just the nutty top of this extraordinary muffin!
