Sales Development Representative (Czech Markets)
Your tasks:
- Constant communication with leads and future clients via multiple channels
- Dialogue with customers to make appointments for the Sales team
- Identification of the team's current strategic goals with a Sales Consultant
- Adjustment and monitoring of the team's goals, as well as analysis of results
- Work in the company's CRM to keep full information about customers
- Teamwork with other departments to successfully achieve goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Successful experience of cold calling sales and the execution of a sales plan
- Experience with Czech clients in the local market
- Hands-on experience in teamwork, prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking
- Willingness to result-oriented work
- Fluent English
- Fluent Czech
Nice to have:
- Experience in a B2B business
- Experience in domestic sales or SaaS
