Sales and Business Development Associate
Tasks:
  • Introduce, promote, and sell company products to potential and existing clients
  • Research, create and manage potential customer development pipelines to identify key contacts and information
  • Reach out to potential customers through chats, cold calls, emails, and any other means of communication
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, resolving complaints and acting as a point of contact between customers and team members
  • Managing commercial aspects, including product positioning and pricing
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology, products and services in the travel industry
Requirements for candidates:
  • 2+ years of experience in areas directly related to business development
  • Experience with the full sales cycle, including developing and closing opportunities and working closely with customers
  • Ability to build professional relationships with customers and other team members
  • Degree in business administration, tourism, marketing, or a related field of study
  • Proven track records and experience in achieving targets and acquiring new business sales, and key account management within the tourism industry
  • Fluent English and any other language
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in SaaS solutions, preferably within the tourism industry or having an IT background
  • Have experience working in an international environment
