Your tasks on the position:
- Lead and mentor a team of Mobile Developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines
- Architect scalable and secure software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for impact evaluation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of mobile development experience with a focus on leadership and project management
- Knowledge in iOS, Android, Flutter, and full-stack development
- Proficient in writing high-quality, efficient code
- Proven track record in managing project timelines, budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in English (B2+)
