Your tasks on the position:
- Full responsibility for software development in accordance with the requirements that will be formed by business analysts in the project team
- Setting up the software development process and maintenance of the developed software
- Full financial, administrative, technical, organizational control of the software development process and maintenance of the developed software
- Work in the mode of quick hypothesis testing and planned mode of software development and testing
- Work with IT rights: basic understanding of how to work with code so that the code does not fall into the wrong hands
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance
- Successful experience in leading development teams (5 or more people), assigning tasks, setting goals and controlling deadlines for at least 3 years
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP) as well as traditional cascading models (Waterfall). Ability to select optimal methodologies, tools and development environments to achieve project goals
- Practical experience in product lifecycle management using low-code/no-code solutions and rapid iterations for hypothesis testing, as well as classical development according to CMMI, ISO standards
- Ability to write detailed technical requirements, assess candidate qualifications, conduct technical interviewing and hiring process
- Knowledge of basic legal aspects of intellectual property protection and copyright clearance for developed software
- Experience in implementing software development policies and procedures, naming standards, code documentation tools
- Understanding of IT systems maintenance and operation processes, experience of working under service level agreements (SLA), knowledge of commissioned code maintenance principles (according to any standards, ITSM, COBIT, etc. - release management, patch management, incident management, etc.) Putting code into operation, organizing user and system support
- Budgeting of the software development process and its financial control
- English B1+

- Higher technical education in computer science or relevant engineering speciality
