Ruby on Rails Team Lead
Your tasks:
- Technical team management
- Participation in the search for the most effective solution of technical problems
- Work with motivation and distribution of processes within the team
- Participation in hiring new employees
- Mentoring and professional growth of team members
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience with the Ruby on Rails framework
- 1+ year of experience managing a cross-functional software development team
- Extensive commercial experience in software development
- Expert experience throughout the software development cycle
- Advanced communication and feedback skills within the team
- Bachelor’s degree
- English C1+
Will be a plus:
- Work experience with Redis, Sidekiq
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL for high-loaded services
- Experience with Heroku, AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Git
- REST API development experience
