A big fintech company operating in the international foreign exchange market for more than 10 years is looking for a QA Engineer with a broad experience of testing data-oriented projects.
The company is not only one of the exchange market leaders but also is one of the biggest Forex brokers, developing their own financial products and services. You’ll join a team that develops products for processing big volumes of data: data storages, integration tools, APIs for accessing data, etc.
You’ll work remotely for a European country. If you wish, you can relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Data QA Engineer
Developing and improving testing strategy together with a QA team manager and interested parties
Designing, developing, deploying, and improving products for integration and data storage
Developing and supporting test suites for working with data integration and ETL processes
Creating standards and guidelines for data operations
Checking and tracking data quality, as well as informing other team members
Analyzing bugs and bottlenecks and working on data quality improvement
Testing data processing products to meet business requirements
Collaborating with other team members for troubleshooting
Analyzing and testing new product’s features before its implementation
4+ years of experience as a Tester, QA Engineer
1+ years automation experience in Python
Excellent knowledge of SQL
Deep understanding of data modeling and storage methods, as well as of ETL, queries, and data integration
Will be a plus:
Proven experience of testing using data streaming systems
Experience with data streaming software (Kafka Connect, Debezium)
Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
