You are offered the opportunity for hybrid employment in the Rotterdam office.
Your tasks on the position:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and market research
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Define product success metrics and monitor product performance
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs within the organization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in travel tech or B2B SaaS
- Exposure to AI technologies and concepts, with an understanding of how AI can be applied to drive automation
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Solid hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies
- Proven ability to define and manage a product roadmap
- Experience working independently as a decision-make
- Product Owner experience beyond the early start-up phase
- Experience with product discovery, user story creation, and backlog management
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- English C1+
Will be an advantage:
- Understanding of travel industry dynamics and B2B business models
- Hands-on experience working on AI-driven products or automation solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks used in product development
