A fast-growing European travel technology company is looking for a skilled Product Owner to join its international team of forward-thinking professionals.

You are offered a job in one of two teams: AI and automation or Back Office and Integrations.

The head office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with team members distributed across various countries in the European Union.

You are offered the opportunity for hybrid employment in the Rotterdam office.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and market research
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Define product success metrics and monitor product performance
  • Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs within the organization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in travel tech or B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with product discovery, user story creation, and backlog management
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • English C1+
