The organization was founded in 1999 in Switzerland and currently owns 37 buildings worldwide whose apartments are rented to corporate clients for their employees.

You will have to find new clients for the company as well as help with the setup of the office at the start-up phase.

You will be working in the company's new office in Nuremberg, Germany.

Salary: 2500 EUR gross + commissions

Office and Sales Manager
Your tasks:
  • Making appointments with new clients of the company
  • Searching for potential clients in the local market and attracting potential clients
  • Updating data in CRM system
  • Making appointments with prospective and new corporate clients
  • Keeping records
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Maximizing sales growth at the customer and partner level
  • Assisting customers in selecting products that meet their specifications as well as being able to meet their needs
  • Dealing with objections
  • Making appointments and possible viewings with potential customers and companies

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales and management experience
  • Knowledge of the local German market
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Completed vocational training Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Certificate/Expertise in Sales Management
  • Certificate/Expertise in Customer Relationship Management
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German
