Our client is a global data network that provides communication and Internet services in more than 200 countries and networks of more than 600 mobile operators.

The position is available for candidates located in Latvia. You will communicate with the Latvian office of the company located in Riga.
Salary: up to 2000 EUR gross

Junior/Middle NOC Engineer

Latvia, Riga
Tasks:
  • Processing, coordination and troubleshooting of network problems, bringing information about problems, incidents and events to the attention of internal teams and suppliers
  • Communicating with customers directly and via mass communication tools
  • Monitoring the performance and capacity of mobile network and internal systems using a variety of tools
  • Tracking and documenting all issues and resolutions in detail
Requirements for candidates:
  • 1+ year of experience working with technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies (mobile core & roaming) and/or familiarity with mobile networks & technologies for middle engineers
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress)
  • Fluent English
