Junior/Middle NOC Engineer
Latvia, Riga
Tasks:
- Processing, coordination and troubleshooting of network problems, bringing information about problems, incidents and events to the attention of internal teams and suppliers
- Communicating with customers directly and via mass communication tools
- Monitoring the performance and capacity of mobile network and internal systems using a variety of tools
- Tracking and documenting all issues and resolutions in detail
Requirements for candidates:
- 1+ year of experience working with technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies (mobile core & roaming) and/or familiarity with mobile networks & technologies for middle engineers
- Ability to work in shifts
- Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress)
- Fluent English
