A company specializing in providing technological solutions and liquidity for the financial sector with a focus on forex, cryptocurrencies and blockchain is looking for a Middle Product Manager to join its team.
The company has been serving clients since 2014, including brokers, exchanges and financial institutions, offering customized solutions to meet their unique needs.
The company's offices are located in 10 countries around the world, the main office is located in Dubai. Other offices are located in Hong Kong, Kiev, Tallinn, London, Limassol, Yerevan, Tbilisi and Mauritius.
You are offered remote work or a hybrid format if you are located in a city where the company has an office.

Your tasks on the position:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in brokerage and financial services
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collect and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Work with engineering and design teams on feature development
- Communicate with clients, handle their questions, and gather feedback on the product
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve the product
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for clients and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3+ years proven experience as a Product Manager with success in launching and scaling financial solutions
- Experience with CFD projects and knowledge of SAFe methodology; experience with referral programs in CFD trading
- Hands-on experience with affiliate systems
- English С1+, Russian B2+ or native
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working with MT or cTrader brokers
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of microservices, orchestration, and data streaming tools (Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, NATS)
- Experience with gRPC API testing
- Knowledge of Go
- Experience with load testing tools like Gatling or K6
