The company has been providing sports betting and casino solutions to its clients for more than 10 years. The team processes and offers bets on more than 21 thousand sports events in real time per month on web and mobile platforms, as well as more than a thousand casino games and virtual sports products.
You will be responsible for creating a new generation of server platforms. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world or relocate to Cyprus in the future.

Java Team Lead
Duties and opportunities:
- Quality management of the development team
- Development and improvement of a new generation of the company's server platforms
- Participation in the creation of fast and reliable systems that meet business needs
Requirements:
- Successful experience in managing a development team
- Work experience in gambling or a similar field
- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Spring framework and web technologies (REST, HTML, etc.)
- Experience in creating distributed multi-level applications with high load (Hibernate, JPA, ActiveMQ)
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the processes of monitoring and debugging the performance of complex systems (JMX, Zabbix, New Relic)
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
- Proficiency in testing tools (JUnit, Mockito)
- Experience with online payments
- Deep understanding of the principles of agile development methodology
