In-house IT Recruiter
Your tasks:
- Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates
- Act as a consultant through the hiring processes
- Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
- Partner with cross functional teams, HR Partners, Recruiting Operations
- Provide excellent, timely customer service to the hiring teams
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Advanced sourcing skills to attract passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
- Active knowledge and participation in social media and branding tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, SeekOut, etc.)
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Lever, etc.)
- Knowledge of US consulting and financial services markets
- Work experience in large companies
- Successful closing of vacancies (3+ vacancies/month)
- English C1+
Nice to have:
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with business stakeholders in different regions
- Ability to multitask
