You will join an international business unit with an office in Cyprus, which is actively developing its presence outside Russia and the CIS countries.

Your tasks:
- Consideration of legal requirements, regulators' requirements, auditors' recommendations, and contractual requirements
- Development of internal audit programs for priority risks
- Internal auditing and documenting the results of internal audits
- Audit of compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Prevention of internal fraud
- Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from past audits and inspections
- Support for external audits and inspections
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an internal auditor/consultant in an auditing company (preferably in Risk Assurance, IT Assurance or Controls, Transformation and Assurance)
- Practical experience in developing an audit/inspection program
- 1+ year of experience as an audit/project manager (or similar role)
- Experience in auditing business processes, IT systems or Compliance
- Professional certifications (Institute of internal auditors, CISA, ISACA, etc.)
- A valid work permit in Cyprus
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Audit experience with international standards (e.g. ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, SOC)
- Experience in interacting with or working for the Central Bank of Cyprus
- Russian language skills
