Your tasks:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with overall business goals, ensuring budgeting reflects the strategic direction
- Advise on pay, promotions, and benefits, while ensuring proper administration of payroll and employee records
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, offering advice on legal matters throughout HR management
- Develop and manage talent retention policies, oversee performance appraisal systems, and drive high performance
- Manage recruitment, selection, and training assessment
- Develop training programs to support current and future business needs
- Managing a team consisting of 4 HR & Admins
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing HR & Administration
- Experience with change management, expert in German Labor law, Administration and Personnel
- Strong network with IT industry
- English B2+
- German B2+
