Head of DevOps
Your tasks:
- Technical guidance and mentoring for a large team of DevOps engineers
- Lead the team to deliver quality day-to-day tasks
- Support and develop the IaC and CI/CD pipeline
- Communication within the team, as well as with developers and QA
- Building communications with partners
- Conflict resolution
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Experience in managing a DevOps team
- Experience of working in large international companies
- Experience in building a Private Cloud
- Experience in setting up a Public Cloud from scratch
You will also need:
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of infrastructure: networks, Linux, storage, computing resources
- Experience in virtualization with one of the well-known hypervisors (HyperV, KVM, VMW)
- Experience with containerization (docker, containerd)
- Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes (managed and self-hosted)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Helm v3, Terraform, Jenkins
- Database experience (PostgreSQL - managed and self-hosted, Redis, Elastic)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Datadog or Prometheus/Grafana)
- University degree (cs, mathematics, engineering, analytics)
- English C1+
Experience with working with will be a plus:
- Groovy
- CloudFormation
