Your tasks:
- Establishing funds in Fundcount in accordance with the fund offering memorandum and agreements
- Performing all registrar and transfer agent duties
- Processing all investments, expenses and banking transactions for preparation of fund accounting statements
- Preparation of periodic NAV reports for investors
- Preparation of all reports for regulatory authorities
- Training junior staff on company methodology and Fundcount software
- Working with the CEO and CFO on a number of fund management projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Fundcount software
- Experience in accounting for various types of organizations including private equity and hedge funds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good presentation, reliability and punctuality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- English C1+
Will be a plus:
- Possession of an ACCA degree or other similar qualification will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Greek language
