Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Establishing a new product team and participating in screening and recruiting
- Collaborating with product designers and engineers to build our vision
- Working closely with product manager to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Mentoring team members using a superb technical level, both code and design reviews
- Identifying and mitigating risks and technical challenges during product execution
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience of software development (Backend or Fullstack)
- 3+ years of Team Leadership experience
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis in the backend
- Experience with Javascript/Typescript
- React, Angular, or Vue hands-on experience
- Deep technical expertise
- English C1+
Nice-to-have:
- Experience of working in a small tech start-up, developer oriented company or API products
