Your tasks on the position:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adjust schedules as needed;
- Lead and motivate a team of designers;
- Personally participate in the development of new design concepts, mockups, and ideas, as well as evaluate mockups for compliance with project requirements;
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and gather feedback from them;
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure the functionality and implementation of designs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an expert in innovative and cutting-edge design;
- Leadership experience in collaborating with artists, designers, and outsourcing studios;
- Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, processes, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development;
- Highly organized, process-oriented, with the ability to make independent decisions;
- Experience working with Agile methodologies;
- Proficiency in English B1+.
