Its team has worked with leading crypto projects, offering support across operational and technological areas, as well as in security and research.
In this leadership role, the Deputy CFO will serve as a key partner to the CFO—overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of operational finance and executive leadership, with a clear path toward potentially stepping into the CFO role.

Your tasks on the position:
- Assisting the CFO in developing and implementing the company’s financial strategies to support business growth and long-term goals
- Overseing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial resources with company objectives
- Monitoring and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and market risks
- Acting as a liaison between the CFO and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Supporting M&A activities, fundraising, or other special projects as needed
- Acting as a change agent during organizational restructuring or process improvement efforts
- Stepping in as Acting CFO during the CFO’s absence, representing the company at the executive level
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably with exposure to both operational and strategic financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- English С1+
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in M&A, fundraising, or large-scale financial transformations is a plus
