Requirements for candidates:
- 1+ year of experience as a customer support or experience in a customer-facing position in B2B or B2C in IT or similar domain
- Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle complex or delicate situations
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize
- IT background (degree, courses, hand-on experience in IT/similar area)
- Fluent English
