An international money remittance business, operating in over 30 countries worldwide, is looking for a talented and initiative Country Manager. You must help develop a marketing strategy (both marketing and business development) for a particular market and to implement this strategy, being in charge of business development in Spain.

Experience in a money transfer business in marketing/business development roles is crucial for this position. You will work remotely with the possibility of business trips to Cyprus to the office of the company. You will be required to have fluent English.
Salary: 3000 - 6000 EUR (gross)

Country Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for country market
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (internet, social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in the role of Business Development Manager
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
Will be a plus:
  • Expertise in both traditional offline and digital marketing
