The world's leading luxury clothing and accessories dropshipping marketplace is looking for a B2B Customer Support and Account Manager.

As an administrator of client management and customer support, you will be responsible for managing inventory orders, explaining the different services, and various daily administrative tasks.
Salary: 800-3000 EUR
Experience: 2+ years
Account Manager in Fashion
  • Actively manage a funnel of inbound requests from leads
  • Build client relationships with existing/prospective clients and creatively work together to drive/continue business growth
  • Daily answering customer inquiries by email and chat support
  • Order management (processing incoming orders to vendors and communicating order updates to various users and departments)
  • Reporting any client issues and corresponding to the correct department
  • English C1+/native
  • Account/client management experience
  • Experience in an international business environment
Will be a plus:
  • Ability to quickly learn new digital e-commerce systems
  • Familiar with Shopify, WooCommerce
  • Sales and fashion experience
